This is what I get up to when the kids are at school 😂

I am a self confessed chocolate lover. I’m always looking for the chocolate option on a dessert menu and I always have a stash in my cupboard. After all life is too short not to enjoy chocolate right?

This week I decided to attempt a Chocolate Fondant. The ultimate chocolate dessert! I used a recipe from and it was surprisingly easy! And oh my gosh was it delicious. Not too sweet but incredibly indulgent. Just the way I like it. Comment below and I’ll send you the link ☺️

I styled and shot this at home and the house was a bomb site. But I had the best time doing it. I put on my old school music (yes I am still living in the past as you can hear 😂) and off I go. The best way to unwind for me.

Such a fun project for earlier this year launching their online Butcher shop.

The lamb kheema shot was my favourite as I made it the way my Mum taught me and got to see the entire team enjoy it for lunch afterwards.
