My socials have been on pause for a little while, and I've been living in the real world, ignoring the need to update any online portfolios completely 🫣

I dont know about you guys, but i've been navigating work and the summer holidays with two boisterous boys, and the roller coaster of asd parenting and specialist school prep, on top of training for outdoor mental health work.🀯

And let me tell you, I has been a challenge, to say the least! 🫠

Work - work - play - work - work - play - work
. . Has anyone else been on this merry-go-round this summer too???

I've felt the guilt for being a little behind with work and the pressures of playdough making to entertain energetic young folk. It has been a LOT! πŸ™ˆπŸ€£πŸ«£

So I just wanted to say hello, get back in touch a little, and thank you all for following, for the patience, and for the kind messages of support over the last 3+ months. It has been so very much appreciated.

Sometimes I think it's easy to forget that although I am a business, I am also a parent, a homemaker, and i'm sure like most of my fellow small business folk, I am also working solo πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ, (because we ARE the "Staff) doing every aspect and every role within your

I forget this so often and have friends reminding me regularly that I am only one person.

Every person needs a moment to breathe and reset, and that is okay πŸ‘Œ

We are home from our little break away by the seaside, and my gosh, did we need it!

I think mentally we really needed that time to reset, away from the daily grind of school runs, SEN school battles and paperwork, time to take a slower pace, appreciate the little things and enjoy our little family fully β™‘

I was given a beautiful wooden hanging years ago that read; 'Family isn't a big thing, it's a million little things'. It hangs in our living room and is something I've loved and reflected on every day since..

I hope you've had a beautifully sunny week and enjoyed some little treasure moments with your loved ones, too β˜€οΈ
