And so we wait for yet another announcement. Whilst it looks like the lifting of restrictions will be delayed, I’ve got my fingers crossed for all couples due to get married soon that this doesn’t apply to weddings🤞🏻 There have been some positive snippets of information going around and I can only watch and hope that they’re true.

To all my couples, so many of you have been here before and I hope you know that whatever happens, I will do whatever I can to accommodate any changes, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Given the changes that have been put in place today, I thought I'd share this wonderful photograph again. It's clear that weddings just aren't going to be the same for some time. Whether you are carrying on.. getting married as planned with a big party next year... or postponing it all, I'd be happy to go through options with you and put a bespoke package together.

L O V E | we just had to share this image, a 1945 bride leaving her bombed home to get married.
Whatever life throws at us, we get on, we keep on moving and love really does conquer all.
Such a poignant image in these times but a hopeful one too.

The carona virus is having a huge effect on weddings at the moment with inevitable postponements while the country remains on pause. In most cases, whilst it’s an emotional step to have to make, it’s a simple switch of dates with venues and suppliers. If you have had to reschedule, and your photographer can’t make the date I still have some availability this year and would be happy to discuss your plans.

To my wedding couples - This week I have been in touch with all of my wedding couples up until August with some reassurance (please check your junk folder if you haven’t received at least an email from me) In the event that you need to postpone your wedding - I’m currently rescheduling and accommodating where I can.

If you’re getting married August onwards, I will be in touch as/when/if needed. I’ve got my fingers crossed that it won’t be necessary and I’ll look forward to meeting up with you in the week before the wedding.

If any of you have any concerns at all, please get in touch. I’m here to help and will do all I can to make this time as stress free as possible.

I have a new brochure/pricelist coming out and, whilst I continue to try and keep the costs down as much as possible, there will be a change to Friday weddings - they will no longer be included with my midweek packages. Book your friday wedding before the 1st September 19 to secure a midweek rate!
