360 Virtual Tours

Over the past 12 months I have been working alongside a company that produces virtual tours, I have produced for them the images which they then stitch together to form a 2D/3D representation of premises.

As a result of this I am now able to offer this as a new service to both new and existing clients. I have launched a new section of my website which covers some of the benefits a 360 degree Virtual Tour can offer businesses. On the website there are various example tours which will allow you to take a tour yourself and see how it works. Take a wander around a hotel and check out the room you are thinking of booking, or explore the gym before you sign that membership contract.

Virtual tours enable people to view a property 24hrs a day online saving time on viewings and ultimately money for both the vendor and the buyer. As an estate agent this will cut down on people booking viewings just to “have a look” and will encourage people who are truly in the market to buy.
