One year today… we set sail on the adventure of a lifetime 🌍🚢

In exactly 12 months we’ll be stepping onto Borealis and heading round the world with .
Still doesn’t feel real saying that.

Japan and Hawaii are both on the route, which means I’m already daydreaming about neon city nights, temples, sunsets, and that first proper “we’re actually doing this” moment on deck.

Ownin’ it on the forest floor at Sherwood Forest, where Robin Hood might’ve roamed! Spotted this epic mushroom stealing the show in the morning sun, glowing like a little forest superstar through the trees. Tiny world, massive vibes! Gotta love those quiet moments where nature just flexes its magic.

Standing beneath Montagu Bridge, it’s easy to imagine centuries of history flowing by this very spot. Built in the 18th century as part of the Dalkeith Estate, the bridge frames the grand Dalkeith Palace, once home to nobility and royal visitors. Scotland’s landscapes aren’t just beautiful — they’re living stories carved in stone.

“Started my day where flowers bloom,
Soft light, sweet scent, a bit of room.
Then swapped the calm for boots and cheers,
With tackles flying past my ears!
From peace to passion, lens in hand —
A day well spent, just as I planned.” Decided it was time to take a few photos today. A trip to Levengrove Park, Dumbarton to capture some of the beautiful plants currently blooming in the flower beds & then caught some of the action from the preseason friendly between Vale of Clyde & Afroscots United
