We’re looking at the exact same floor plan, but two completely different stories.
On one hand, we have the Long-Term Rental: Clean, spacious, and ready for a tenant to make it their own. On the other, the Short-Term/Holiday Let: Styled, cozy, and designed for an immediate “wow” factor.
As a property photographer, my job changes with the strategy:
✅ Unfurnished: Focus on scale, light, and “breathability.”
✅ Furnished: Focus on lifestyle, textures, and the “stay-cation” vibe.

When the staging isn’t ready, but the listing is. ✨
Real life happens. The landlord was waiting on curtains for this bedroom, but we couldn’t delay the listing.
Instead of showing an empty, unfinished space, I used a little Photoshop Magic to digitally install custom curtains. 🪄
