This year at we’re celebrating gifting and the friendships that make this time of year feel so special. Throughout our “Twelve Days of Christmas” we’re sharing beautiful ideas from local businesses and friends of the studio. No ads, just joy.

These charming vintage Kokeshi dolls from are inspired by a tradition that began in northern Japan in the 1800s, when artisans carved simple wooden dolls as tokens of love, protection and good fortune.

They’re little pieces of history, full of warmth and meaning… the perfect Christmas treasure.
