It was such a beautiful experience sharing two months of my life in Umong with the local school. Every single person we met were so generous and welcoming.

Thai traditions are based heavily on community and a sharing spirit, as is the Buddhist way, and each school has its own monk that regularly visits for events and gatherings. I took these shots after the procession around the school and in the second photo is the monk, the school director and behind them, the school caretaker.

Really struggled hard with the procrastination on this set of photos, partly because I wasn’t 100% set after the first round of editing and partly because procrastination is in my blood 🤪 - I’m working on it
