My passion lies in recording people's special moments, and what could be more special than capturing your newborns innocence and peace, a beautiful wedding or christening. I adore photographing beautiful babies and the bond between mother and child and I love to document the hard work and attention to detail that goes into making every happy couple’s dream day the best day of their lives. I mainly shoot digital but also shoot a small quantity of film for an extra cost.

What a privilege it was to photograph their beautiful, intimate wedding in Durham surrounded by their families.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing Chloe and David’s children and their family portraits over the years, so being asked to capture this chapter of their story felt incredibly special.

Chloe looked effortlessly elegant, graceful and completely herself. And these photographs are filled with the kind of quiet moments I love most: the laughter, the little glances, the tenderness and, above all, the love between them.

Two decades of photographing weddings means I’ve learnt a lot.

Not just about light, composition and how to make beautiful photographs, but about people, energy, moments and everything that happens in between.

This was Olivia & Ross at Kin House, an all-American wedding in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. And while the photographs are what you see, there’s so much more to what I do on a wedding day.

I’m a feeler. I notice the things others might miss. The glance, the shift in energy, the moment that’s about to happen.

I know when to take the lead, and when to step back. When to fix a dress, calm a wobble, make you laugh, cheer you on or simply be the person you can quietly look at and know “she’s got this.”

I match your energy. I become whatever you need me to be.

And after more than 20 years, that experience brings an instinct and perspective that can’t really be taught.

The result? Photographs that feel like you, authentic, timeless, natural and soulful.

Some love stories don’t need to shout to be unforgettable.

Livv & Ellis’ wedding at Grantley Hall was a celebration of quiet moments, gentle souls and a love that feels beautifully unhurried. Surrounded by only their very nearest and dearest, every part of the day felt deeply personal - filled with warmth, intention and an effortless elegance.

There was something so calming about the way they moved through the day together. No performance, no rush. Just two people completely present with one another, creating memories that felt as timeless as the setting itself.

I truly believe the way I photograph a wedding is shaped by the couple themselves. Every wedding has its own rhythm, and I instinctively settle into it. Livv & Ellis’ calmness, gentleness and quiet love naturally became the pace of the day, allowing me to photograph with softness, patience and quiet observation. It’s in that space that the most meaningful moments unfold.

These are the weddings that stay with me. The ones where the smallest glance, the softest touch and the shared silence tell the greatest love story.

The prettiest start to the day. ✨🌸

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, Liv surrounded herself with the most incredible colour palette, statement florals and her favourite people, and every corner of Kin House felt like a dream to photograph.

The flowers were true works of art by the incredibly talented Breige Siegan-Smith full of movement, texture and the dreamiest mix of summer blooms. They brought every part of the morning to life.

Bridal prep is about so much more than getting ready. It’s laughter, excitement, quiet moments, beautiful details, and memories you’ll look back on forever.

If this doesn’t convince you to embrace colour on your wedding morning, I don’t know what will. 💗🌿

A quintessentially English summer wedding 🌿🤍

I genuinely don’t think Evie & Erik could have picked a more beautiful day to celebrate becoming husband and wife.

Blue skies overhead, birdsong in the air, bees lazily buzzing through the flowers and the most beautiful family home and gardens as my canvas to capture their day.

Beginning with a timeless church ceremony before guests wandered through the summer air to a stunning marquee reception, every detail felt thoughtful, elegant and effortlessly romantic.

Evie looked absolutely incredible. Quite honestly, one of my favourite dresses of the year, and she radiated happiness from beginning to end. The kind of happiness that spills over into every photograph and is impossible not to feel when you’re around it.

The entire day was filled with so much love and laughter, but the three incredibly heartfelt speeches will stay with me for a long time. A true reflection of the people around them and the life they’re building together.

There was something so special about this wedding; relaxed yet refined, joyful yet deeply emotional. The perfect balance.

And none of it would have come together without an incredible creative team who transformed an already beautiful setting into something truly magical.

Congratulations, Evie & Erik. What a beautiful beginning to your next chapter together. It was such a privilege to document your day. 🤍
