Spent a morning at 33 In the Park and it was a genuinely lovely one to shoot.

Great food, a proper buzz about the place, and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing - made my job easy.

This is exactly the kind of content that does the talking for a café - the coffee being made, the plates people can’t wait to dig into, the terrace full of people enjoying themselves.

Given the choice, I’ll always take moments over posed set-ups.

Not because one is better than the other - but because I never quite know what’s going to happen next. That’s the bit I love.

The regular and his dog. The coffee arriving just as someone looks up from their laptop. The conversations happening in the corner that nobody planned. Those little interactions that make a place feel like that place.

Great food photography has its place. But the images I enjoy making most are the ones that capture why people actually come back.

Not every shoot is about selling something.

Sometimes it’s about showing the world what an organisation actually does - and why it matters.

Able2B in Norwich work with individuals with disabilities to help them discover their ability through personalised, specialist sessions.

Spending a day with them was genuinely one of the most inspiring things I’ve done.

Proud to have played a small part in helping tell their story!
