One week ago today we had the pleasure of filming Bill Roberts (far left of first photo) and Ray Wadcock (second from right) talking about their memories of growing up in Northop Hall.

We're currently in the process of editing the videos, but in the mean time, here's an album of 'behind the scenes' photos from the day's filming, to whet your appetite!

The has opened its doors!

We have just uploaded the first to our new channel (remember to like, share, subscribe and hit the notifications bell!).

The video features long-term Northop Hall village resident and local historian Alan Peers narrating a poem he wrote in 1997 about "The Four Lane End Smithy" - an establishment, long since demolished, that not only offered Blacksmith and Farrier services, but also served as an important social hub in the community at the time.

Thanks to Alan for his participation and for all the time and dedication he's put into documenting Northop Hall and its history over the years.

Please subscribe to our YouTube channel for more videos, and follow us on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter for behind the scenes photos and previews.
