Calling all contacts!

My son Tom (16) is looking for a) some paid summer work, ideally linked to building/construction/labouring/gardening and b) looking for a company to offer him an apprenticeship from this summer as a bricklayer.

He has a f/time college place for this at Vale Royal but would greatly prefer to do day release and work 4 days a week. He’s had interviews and done well but been rejected as can’t drive yet (!) Luckily his Mum and I can get him about locally for work or he takes public transport happily.

He has work experience with a builder, some basic bricky skills and is currently labouring on a garden levelling project and patio.

References all said he is a proper grafter, strong, never stops, polite and 100% reliable.

If anyone has a contact they can share who would benefit from a guy like this on their team please let me know.

Free from July, post GCSE’s, and ideally looking in the Northwich or Lymm area but flexible as comes with a free lift if needed.
