A wedding is truly beautiful and precious, a time of happiness and laughter, family and friends sharing jokes and stories, good food, drink and a dance, it is the perfect opportunity to make and keep memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. I look for those fleeting moments that define the day, a tear, a smile, a knowing look, a kiss, a tender touch, and capture them in a relaxed and unobt

rusive way. I add these to beautiful and romantic images of the bride and groom achieved with little or no direction, simply capturing the interaction between a couple who are very much in love, and later give them all back as a collection of happy memories. I am about observing your day, not controlling it.

My last wedding of 2023, and it was a proper banger!! My very first shoot at Pensthorpe wildlife reserve, and what a totally amazing place to tie the knot, I actually felt as though we were in a roman villa in Italy, a gorgeous marbled central courtyard surrounded by shady cloisters complete with colonnades, fountains, trees and colourful shrubs that all go together to make a perfect backdrop for anyone looking for somewhere different and exciting for their special day! We also had access to the reserve itself where there was a leafy pergola, a stone bridge and wooden shelter for photographs. Rebecca and Jordan, thank you so much for asking me to share your day with you, it was a wonderful day! Congratulations to you both ! x

What a day...but despite the terrible weather, it was up there with some of the best weddings I've ever photographed. Tina and Mark, you totally smashed it out of the park, and the photos I've looked at prove that!! I don't often mention the suppliers, but the Tattoed Cake Lady's wedding cake topper was exquisite, perfect little caricatures of this fab couple! Tina also totally surprised everyone half way through the reception...(including Mark the groom!)...I'm talking about the best Singing Waiters act I've EVER seen! These two were incredible and wowed the awestruck guests with songs and voices that came from the best West End stage musicals! The Singing Waiter Masters are very highly recommended, and a totally brilliant addition to any wedding reception! Thank you both for making feel so very welcome, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your very special day xx

This was a short notice wedding to help out the ever lovely Lizzie Bishop Norman, please get well and back behind a camera really soon, and thank you for trusting me with these two lovelies! So, Paula and Cameron and their big day in Roydon and Diss, the rain did try to spoil the proceedings but we beat it back with a big stick! Wonderful day with some wonderful families and guests, especially the crazy dance floor moves in the evening, the energy was awesome! Thank you for making me feel so welcome, and for the yummy meal!! xx

Wet and windy...but did that spoil the day?....the short answer is no!! Gorgeous Katherine and handsome Ben simply took everything in their stride and made some unforgettable memories for them and their wonderful families and friends! Such a pleasure to be there and watch you both, i'm still buzzing even now!! congratulations to you both, enjoy your honeymoon!! x

Wow....a beautiful bride, a handsome groom, a gorgeous 'bride squad', fantastic venues and a touch of sunshine, the perfect ingredients for a totally amazing day!! Katie and Jack's day was fun, fast moving and fabulous, and I loved every minute of it!! Thank you both so much for looking after us too, the food was super yummy!! Massive thank you to Lizzie Bishop-Norman for second shooting for me, it was lovely to catch up with you! xx

Another major first for me….a wedding at the Norwich puppet theatre! What an amazing venue, it’s just like watching a stage production with sound and lighting! A real family affair too as the amazing singer and the bridal party were Sarah’s children! A truly amazing experience, and one that i’d love to repeat. Later, we all trooped over to the Rising Sun pub at Coltishall for the most amazing pizzas baked in their wood fired oven, a perfect end to a perfect day! Thank you so much for letting me be part of your amazing day, and sincere congratulations to you both!

My first 2023 wedding, and it was a belter!! a few firsts for me here too....a Man of honour, (not a maid of honour).....and a world of rubber ducks!!, Lola and Richard love them, I even got a Stars Wars stormtrooper duck to keep which now has pride of place on my desk!! Thank you both, and your wonderful families, for making me feel so welcome, we had a few giggles!! The BBQ was insanely good, and the Gluten Free wedding cake and profiteroles didn't help with my diet!! xx

My last wedding of 2022….and despite the rain , it was a belter!! Gorgeous Rebecca and handsome Adam were so chilled and laid back that the weather didn’t phase them one bit, and their love for each other was so obvious! Amazing work by the staff at Southwood Hall, the Xmas decorations were stunning, and served as a perfect backdrop for this wonderful couple’s day! Huge thanks to them and to their families for making me feel so welcome, had quite a few giggles along the way! Congratulations and a very merry Xmas to you both xx Ps: I loved the snowfetti…..wonderful stuff!!
