Part 1 of a few photos from our first big cruise with Ambassador Cruise Line. Having enjoyed a short Christmas market cruise last year we decided on one of the longer haul trips, called, "The hidden gems of the Baltics, and this didn't disappoint. Over the course of twelve nights we started from Tilbury and headed over to Gothenburg for our first stop, this was followed by Copenhagen, Kiel, then to our furthest point at Klaipeda, venturing back we then stop at Gdynia, Ronne then finished at Warnemunde before travelling back to Tilbury. We now definitely have the cruising bug and are already looking at our next, maybe the northern lights 😁.

Back on Sunday the 21st June we visited Peter Beales Roses for there Rose Festival Weekend Event 2026, this has been the fifth year in a row we have been to this event and is never disappoints, with talks, tours, local craft sellers and the grounds all in full blooms this is an event not to be missed. Even when its not an event weekend its still lovely to pop along and admire the grounds at this time of year, highly recommended.

This weekend I spent time at Whartons Garden Roses Open Weekend with the St Elizabeth Hospice charity event and it was stunning. The fields on display were bursting with colour — so many varieties it was hard to pick a favourite 😁.

I really enjoyed this event, from wandering through the blooms, visiting the on site vendors and to support such a great cause. I hope they do another next year 🌹✨.

Hi All,

Felt like I’d stepped away from my photography for a while, but a few recent outings reminded me exactly why I love being behind the lens. Here’s a little sneak peek from a beautiful day at Whartons Roses during the St Elizabeth Hospice charity weekend ( if you have the time this Sunday the 4th of July 2026 they are taking walk ins otherwise you can purchase tickets, if your into you roses and vast fields of them then you won't be disappointed 😁).

Gardens and flowers have always been my thing, and the color's and varieties here made it impossible to put the camera down. More shots coming over the next few days — including my visit to the Peter Beales annual rose festival 2026. 🌹📸
