Norfolk harvest time! I noticed one of my lovely Cox apples had fallen, so harvested the lot! This is from a tiny 1.2m cordon, and it’s second year. They are HUGE!

My first miniature tintype portrait, just 6x6 cm, made in my Hasselblad EL/M. Grateful thanks to Nicole & Claus-Peter Malek for being lovely people with superb skills! My 5x4 plate washer holds the plate securely.
I hope to offer these miniatures in the studio or at pop-ups in the near future.

I had a fabulous time at the Warwick Wetplate Weekend thanks to the amazing organisational skills of Ray Spence, to whom grateful thanks!
I met many, many lovely people for the first time, and hope to see them again without having to wait another year. These plates show just three of them, Johno Cornish, and the lovely Holly, who modelled for many of us.
Thank you to one and all!

I was flattered and delighted to be invited to join the “Beneath the Window” exhibition at St Margaret’s Gallery, which is opening tomorrow. These are the images I’ve selected, some feature local friends such as Tabby and Ruth Knapp. Please join me for the opening tomorrow evening 18:00 to 20:00. There’s a huge volume of great art on show!

I was delighted to welcome printmaker Molly and her partner to the studio for an Artist’s portrait. This 7 x 5 tintype was one of the outcomes, shot with my Dallmeyer 2B.

Two lovely women, Lucy and Wing, on 5 x 4 tintypes on the final day of my pop-up . I’d like to give heartfelt 🙏 to everyone who came to see us, and the people of Norwich, for being splendid in every way.
