Want to join us next Sunday for a unique exploration into the world of patterns?

Want to be able to shoot patterns in a high end, creative and narrative driven way? Less costume and more couture?
Then perhaps this event will be for you - we are welcoming Lyra Rose back to the studio to take one some unique looks for us.

Think spots, stripes, florals, whimsy and sculptural.

*whilst there will be a lot of patterns it will still be carefully put together, you won’t be overloaded or have such a busy image you don’t know where to look. This is the opportunity to show pattern that your camera will love*

B U T T O N S

What a ride this one was.

We weren’t entirely sure how it would unfold, especially while designing each outfit and giving every look its own unique narrative, but that uncertainty became part of the process.

‘Buttons’ became a conceptual exploration of whimsy, opulence, power and painterly detail, with each set offering something slightly different while still feeling cohesive as a whole.
modelling was incredible as always, bringing every element to life with such ease.

never misses, her makeup was polished to perfection and carried beautifully throughout the entire day.

I N K 🖤

We had the pleasure of welcoming the incredible back to the studio for another event with us — and she’ll be joining us again in May.

INK was one of the most conceptual themes we’ve explored at the studio to date.

Each outfit was handmade and designed to reflect the stages of an ink spill, allowing the concept to unfold gradually throughout the day. This meant the set design needed to remain elegant, simple and refined — letting form, movement and detail take the lead.

Designing something so minimal felt like a risk at first, but seeing Lucia within the sets confirmed it was absolutely the right direction.

Movement became a key part of the experience, both in the garments and the environment, giving photographers the freedom to explore the fluidity of ink while creating highly editorial imagery.

created beautiful, defining makeup as always, bringing everything together seamlessly.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and trusted us to explore something a little more conceptual — it’s always a pleasure to see how each individual interprets the same idea in their own way.

A celebration of florals through whimsy, elegance and editorial design 🌿

It was such a pleasure creating immersive sets and bespoke, high-end outfits that .modelling brought beautifully to life throughout the day.

Meg is always an inspiring presence in the studio, encouraging us to push each theme creatively and explore every concept to its fullest potential.

We were also delighted to welcome back for her first event of 2026 — it truly wouldn’t have been the same without her.

A huge thank you to all the photographers who joined us, creating an incredible variety of imagery while sharing ideas, creativity, chats and plenty of laughter along the way.

A carefully designed background can completely transform an image — it sets the mood, adds depth, texture and small details that help tell a story. Every drape, fold, and colour is chosen to bring a concept to life and give your subject a space to shine.

We’ve been really enjoying a festive break from the studio and don’t the days just slip away so this is a little bit of a late 2025 recap!

Firstly we have to give a special mention to who worked with us in 2025 and is now a firm member of the Studio Luminescence team, our events just wouldn’t be the same without her. Her makeup skills are second to none and even our photographers ask if Lisa’s going to be there! A huge thank you to all the incredible work you’ve put in it doesn’t go unnoticed and we really appreciate your skill and craft! 2026 is going to be insane!

And just a quick mention to Lauren for making just about every single outfit you see in this video! The hours of bead power and tears all make something so unique that it could only be our events! And the set design, let’s take a moment!

Now is the time to say a huge thank you to every single model who worked with us in 2025 (and before, and will do again) without your input, skills and personalities our events wouldn’t be the same, you’ve all been key in creating the narratives and vibes for our concepts and we can’t thank you enough!

And of course what’s an event without a photographer! Thank you to everyone who has attended an event with us, this year has been a huge growth spurt for our events and your support in what we do is what matters, the trust in our bizarre concepts, along with styling and set design. Whether you have been to one event or all of them in 2025 we can’t wait to see you again this year and create magic for your portfolios.

Studio luminescence isn’t just a studio, it’s a space for a community, a space for people to laugh, cry, decompress and rant about their week. It was important to us to create a social space and a creative space that will always be there when people need it!

~ D Y N A S T Y ~

Our first event with — and Charlotte’s first ever photography event — was incredible.

We couldn’t wait to share a glimpse of the sets and looks from the day. From jewel tones to soft lace, each concept brought something completely new.

Charlotte was a dream and captured every mood effortlessly. And of course, a Luminescence event wouldn’t be complete without helping us elevate each idea even further.

This is what you can expect when you join us: a day that evolves from start to finish, filled with creativity, inspiration, thoughtful set design and styling — and a community that grows with every event. 🕊️

We just had to share a little behind the scenes from our incredible WW2 inspired event last Sunday.

Taking inspiration from the wartime singers and womens Land army we created the opportunity to celebrate living history for our attendees.

A huge thank you to for the inspiration & allowing us to use the trademark D-Day Dolly

brought the era and official outfits to life with her incredible modelling and acting skills! And as always produced a makeup look that elevated the day even further!
