Last night I watched the Corsa Cavalino film on youtube, loving the few 288 GTO’s that was featured. This morning I was at the open morning AND was totally surprised to see one of the GTO’s in the film roll into the yard. Safe to say I had to pick up my jaw off the floor!!

I get asked all the time why I don’t set up a business selling panning shots of bikes. I did consider it a few years ago, plenty of spots up in Derbyshire but the way I work, it will take a considerable amount of time to edit each one.

Truth is, I just can’t be frikkin arsed!!

Took this shot after lunch in the car park of - I had quiche and my friend had the Smoked Salmon. Fully recommend this place near Matlock.

A pre-war Morgan will also be in such as this one, belongs to my friends Graça and Iain.

A beautiful 1939 Morgan that has close to 100bhp! I’ve been in vintage Morgan’s before, a thrill to drive and be a passenger, maybe no need for 100bhp as 40mph feels like 120mph!

If you ever have the opportunity to drive or be a passenger of an old Morgan, don't say no!!!

With work seeing me out of the UK for most of June and falling ill as soon as I set foot back on UK soil, a few projects I had were put on hold.

Now I’m feeling better I've finally returned to my personal projects ‘A Visual Document’ series showcasing the rare, the unique, and the best of British industry.

My last project was with the amazing up in Scotland, this time a little closer to home - bootmakers since 1899. I had an amazing few hours with them last month.

My process is photoshoot, image edit, company research and then a write up, often all 4 at the same time. Currently on the image editing stage. As much as I love photography, I really do like the research, getting to know the company, the history, the lows, the highs, almost feel like an historian!!

I have projects lined up in future that I'm looking forward to, such as……..?

No real context with this post other than letting you know what I'm currently doing!!
