What matters is how quickly and clearly the learning is shared.

At P&G, a Site Safety Leader wanted a better way to reduce incidents by learning from them.

We put together a templated incident reporting solution designed to communicate:
* what happened
* why it happened
* what’s changed

Using a rigged animated character placed into the real working environment.

Each update is built fast using a small number of location images and a short explanation - then turned into a 60–90 second incident summary that’s easy to understand and remember on the floor.

Video isn’t designed for everyone.

But it can be.

This case study with the Sensational Museum shows what accessibility looks like when it’s built in from the very start - not added on at the end.

In the film, we break down how the project was designed to work for different audiences, using:

• British Sign Language

• Audio Description

• Captions

• Standard & easy-read transcripts

And crucially, how those elements were captured and integrated - from interview technique and filming setup, to green screen, sound design, and post-production.

One moment that was lovely to hear came from Ross Parry, who said:

> “Alex is very good at knowing which jigsaw pieces are missing… and saying, we need a piece on this, and a piece on that.”

Which was crucial for this project to keep the video interviews tight and fully accessible with self described audio descriptions.

The case study includes behind-the-scenes footage, editing screen captures, and the final layered result - showing what thoughtful, intentional accessibility actually looks like in practice.
