This is Rebecca Haley. She has worked in the construction industry for 18 years and now owns her own painting and decorating company. And she's determined to inspire other women and young girls to join the industry too 💪❤️

"As a female decorator, I love showing that women belong in the trades," she said.

"If my journey encourages even one young person, or one woman, to believe they belong in this industry, then that's something I'm incredibly proud of."

Swansea-based Rebecca's career is now going from strength to strength, and as well as growing her own painting and decorating firm and helping others start up their own businesses too, she has just reached the semi-final in the search for the Top Tradesperson of 2026 🙌

She beat off competition from across the country to make it to the final 26 out of more than 900 applicants in Screwfix's search for the UK and Ireland’s Top Tradesperson. If she wins, she will take home a £20,000 prize bundle of tools, tech and training to help boost her business.

What an inspiration. Well done, Rebecca 👏❤️

When Shellie and Randy decided to renew their wedding vows they came all the way from Boise, Idaho to the wonderful Duart Castle & Tearoom for their ceremony conducted by Andrew Argyll and Bute Registrars

I was so lucky to be able to accompany them on their private tour of the Castle before their ceremony and the whole afternoon was made extra special thanks to the wit and charm of the Laird, Sir Lachlan Maclean.

Shellie wore her original lace wedding dress from their wedding onboard their yacht 11 years ago while Randy wore full highland dress for the occasion.

What everlasting memories they've created. ❤️
