Does anyone else feel that finally, at long last, we can see light at the end of the tunnel? As offices and workplaces start to reopen more people are looking to refresh their onlime presence with a new headshot. Let's face it, not many of us look the same as we did a couple of years ago. Photography is the best way to document the passing of time. The first photo is my favourite picture of my two children. It was taken about eight years ago when they were around three and six years old. We have recreated it a few times since, the latest being on Sunday, while we were out on a family walk. I can't walk past that bridge without grabbing a new version. The original hangs on my wall at home. They seem to have grown up so much in the blink of an eye.

CBBC presenter Katie Thistleton is one of those people who, on the surface, look like they have it all. She's young, beautiful and famous. But just before the exhibition in 2018 she published a book detailing her battles with mental health and offering advice to young people on how to help theirs. She has also presented a series of BBC documentaries on the subject.
