Some moments don’t need direction.

A lot of people stress about proposals — how it’ll look, whether it’ll feel awkward, if everything will go to plan. And that makes sense. It’s a big moment.

But proposals don’t need to be perfect to be meaningful. Most of the time, the best ones are a little messy. Nerves, half-finished sentences, laughing at the wrong moment; that’s just how it goes.

That’s usually when it feels the most real, and that’s what you’ll want to remember later❤️

Kew gardens in its magical lights✨

Ngl this is the most stressful proposal shoot I've been on. It was dark and busy; I need to find the couple in the middle of the crowds and also find a quiet spot for them to enjoy the moments. Once Brandon got down on one knee, all of the worries disappeared. It becomes a magical night, where everyone just stands still and witness one of their happiest moments of their life❤️

This proposal proves that people naturally bond over love stories. I was waiting for Justin and Cristina at the top of the Funnel around 9am, while tourists were starting to fill the spot and take photos. I started to worry — I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s moment, but I also didn’t want to ruin the moment. So I gathered some courage and asked a few tourists if I could hold the spot for just a few minutes. As soon as Justin and Cristina began walking up the stairs, word spread, and everyone quietly made space and watched as Cristina said yes! 🥹✨ Moments like this remind me why engagement sessions are some of the most wholesome experiences to capture❤️
