Had a go at processing some of my Heart nebula data using lukomatico's new software, AstroWizard. If you are into astrophotography you will definitely have seen his videos on youtube.

Last shot of M31, the Andromeda galaxy..........for a while anyway :)
I've managed to add the Ha data to it, it took a good while to figure out continuum subtratction and I think some debateable quality in some of the data definately didn't help. Out of the 21 hours of total data I imaged I set really strict options with the stacking script and it helped loads leaving 13 hours total. In astrophotography terms this isn't a lot of data but it's my biggest set to date and I am pretty happy with it.
Onto other targets now with a new harmonic mount I got recently, bring back the clear nights!!

A bit gutted we had to change plans at the last minute for the eclipse, the original location was unfortunately plastered in wildfire smoke, so a mad dash ensued and we ended up at Carn Galver. This isn't the best composition, but it's what I got and the whole thing was a great experience 🌜🌞🌛
