After my 121 yesterday I was keen to get out today and practice.

We get a lot of gulls on the river, and often other birds too...ducks, herons, osprey, oystercatchers etc.

The osprey did make a short appearance today but didn't dive that I could see.

Also saw a buzzard flying very high overhead.

Gulls we're my main targets today as I am practicing birds in flight, its harder than it looks! They always make me laugh as they come in to land on the water as they kind of belly flop and face plant the water as they land!

A heron gave me a little show as it flew across the water, such a huge wingspan! It didn't stay for too long as it was getting dive-bombed by the gulls!

Off to Oban tomorrow and looking forward to seeing wildlife on the west coast!

Had a fabulous day with Touch the Wild 121 workshop.

Hogganfield Loch was a great place to practice some new techniques and there was lots to learn.

Here's some of my favourites from the day. Plenty of swans, geese, gulls, grebes, even spotted an osprey which was a nice surprise!

Had a fun day out in Dundee today, and although I didn't take my camera, I still had my phone and managed to get a couple of photos of the Mcmanus museum... this building is amazing!

The difference in the sky too from when I went in to when I came out!

Just booked myself a mini break to Oban, in less than 2 weeks! Have also booked a long day out which will involve me getting up earlier than usual (05:30!) To get on a boat to Mull, then to get on another boat to go exploring the isles...Iona, Lunga and Staffa in the hope of spotting some fabulous wildlife!

Im very excited and now going to keep my fingers crossed that the weather holds out enough!!

A wonderful way to spend the afternoon at the Scottish Deer Centre.

Which one is your favourite? I'm finding it hard to choose...

We even got to feed some of the deer, a fabulous experience!
