Protecting My Work 📸

Lately, I’ve had people stealing my photos without permission. This isn’t just disrespectful—it’s against UK law. Under UK copyright law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988), the creator of a photograph automatically owns the copyright as soon as it’s taken. You cannot copy, share, or use my photos without my permission. Violating copyright is a serious offence and can lead to criminal prosecution, fines up to £5,000, or even imprisonment, in addition to civil claims for damages. Every photo I create takes time, effort, and fuel to capture. You ride an 8k KTM, and you don’t have the money to buy a photo?? Even your strugging with money. Just have contact me I can try make a deal.

It’s outrageous when people act like they have the right to take something I’ve worked hard for. Anyone who steals my photos will be added to a permanent list, reported, and their photos deleted. I see you pass at the track—I turn my camera away because it’s not worth my time or SD card space. Don’t test me—taking my work without permission is a criminal act, and I won’t hesitate to enforce the law. I have all ready reported the photos to facebook they dont take this lightly.

Because of this, I’ve had to make my watermarks more noticeable, even if it slightly affects the look of my images. If people won’t give credit, I’ll make sure the credit stays with the photo—like adding a QR code linking back to me.

I love sharing my photography, when you steal my photo. Make me want less likey share my photos. but please respect the work behind it. Creating is not just a hobby—it’s my craft, and it deserves respect. It has taken me 20 years to build these skills.
Photography is not just pointing a camera and shooting; it takes years of learning how to use software, cameras, lenses, batteries, gear, and SD cards. Steal my work, and you’re risking **legal action that can ruin you financially and legally.

📸 Track Day Photo Update

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and introduced themselves at the track yesterday. It was great to meet new people and talk about my photography.

I captured around 900 photos throughout the day. These will take some time to review and process, as each image needs to be converted from RAW to JPG format. I’ve already spotted some standout shots that I’m excited to share soon.

Unfortunately, due to strong winds, I wasn’t able to fly the drone yesterday. However, I’m hopeful for better conditions on Open Day so I can capture both aerial and ground-level images.

Hey everyone, just a quick update:

I won’t be at the track tomorrow due to a yellow weather warning in place across the country from noon onwards.
Also, I’ll be missing next weekend. Sunday 27th as I’ll be at The Scottish TwinShock Scramble Club.

Excited to Announce — I’m Back! 📸🏍

After a break to move and get things back in order, I’m excited to say I’m back behind the lens, and back on the bike, ready for another season of action and adventure.

Some of you may have seen me this past Saturday with the Kingdom Off Road Motorcycle Club at Cardenden Motocross Track. It felt great to be back at the track, reconnect with the community, and feel the buzz of the bikes again.

I’ll be aiming to be out most weekends, capturing all the incredible riding moments. Alongside the photography, I’ll also be riding myself, keeping up my own training, racing, and adventure off-roading skills. It's a big part of who I am and helps me stay sharp both behind the camera and on the trail.

Stay tuned for weekend updates I’ll be posting in advance so you know when I’ll be at the track. If you’d like photos, videos, or just want to catch up, I’d love to see you there.
