Just preparing myself for the upcoming Turriff Show 2nd & 3rd August 2026 and over next couple of weeks will popping up posts to let you guys know what we will capturing and where we can be found. My team will be photographing everything from Equine, Livestock, Sheep, Goats, Rabbits, Dogs, Industrial Tents, Business Hub, Trade stands and basically anything and everything that is on the Showground, alongside the Fab Jane Craigie Marketing team and the Turriff Show Organisation team.

Known for my Equestrian & Agricultural Photography in Scotland I have been lucky to get the opportunity to cover ALL the Equestrian Classes at Turriff Show on both days, capturing those small moment's that people don't see and the big moments that you want to cherish. My team are all established Equine Photographers in their own right so know exactly what you all look for, and along with being regulars in the horsey world that are known locally and further afield, your memories are in very good hands. So on the Sunday & Monday we will be on mass looking for all those huge smiles, Shiny ponies and just capturing the essence of the Equestrian Scene from Shetlands to Clydesdales, British Showjumping - Scotland, Working Hunter and and all Showing classes at Turriff Show So if you see us (We will have cameras & bright Tabards on) Smile, wave and grab a photo opportunity📸

On Sunday 5th July I had the pleasure of attending and capturing images for a project that am working on... Thankyou Fiona Mackinnon & The Side Saddle Association Area1 and for letting me attend.

I have popped a few images of the riders up on the website, and in the next few weeks I will post some of the Fine Art work I am working on.

The history of Side saddle is just amazing and working with the Tack & Clothing that has lasted generations and been passed down the families over the years is just mind blowing, testimony to the Quality and workmanship of the leather and tweed work is amazing, and to think if they could tell a story of the years of use it would be an amazing one.

And not forgetting the ability that these women had, to be able to ride in every Equine Discipline and look so strong and elegant is mind blowing to me, its was a dying art and thanks to the coaches and Side Saddle Association offering these 'Give it ago Sessions' and clinics supporting this discipline and bringing it back into the modern day world its a joy to watch. I am so excited to be supporting them and learning more about this sport, History comes in all shapes and forms, and as with all things historical should be remembered.

I had a lovely morning spent photographing the Bennachie Pony Club Dressage at the last day of the 2026 Summer Camp. The weather all week has been amazing and it looks like lots of fantastic fun was had by all.....

All week the Camp Photographer was Georgia Duffy, a pony clubber herself, but on the ground this year, her images will be shared with the club once she has them all finished, and I'm sure you will love looking thru them....
