The trees on the banks of the River Garry are stunning at the moment. Even more so from above. A wonderful variety of colours and textures. This is the famous footbridge that spans the gorge.

The cascading Black Linn waterfalls on the River Braan, Perthshire, Scotland. These falls are quite a sight in autumn, especially after rainfall. Wait long enough and you will see salmon leaping up through the falls.
Tag someone you think should visit these falls!
This part of the Craigvinean Forest is known as The Hermitage. Established by John Murray, the 3rd Duke of Atholl in the 18th century as a pleasure ground, many Douglas Fir trees were planted which tower over visitors today. The falls are viewed today from Ossian's Hall, a folly that was dedicated in 1783 to the 3rd century Gaelic bard, whose works surfaced at the time. @ The Hermitage At Dunkeld

Killiecrankie was a kaleidescope of colour in the rain this afternoon. I love shooting in the rain as it brings out all the colours and all the tourists are in retreat...
This is from my Pixel phone. Pleased with the main shots today and the drone footage over the Glen Garry bridges is epic.
This railway viaduct cuts through the Killiecrankie pass over the River Garry. This is near the site of the 1689 ambush of the English Redcoats by the Jacobite rebels. The step slopes are not a great place to be caught out.

Falls of Bruar, Perthshire, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
The autumn colours are reaching peak here and I found some colourful lone trees growing out of the gorge here yesterday. The drive up the A9 is very beautiful. I strongly recommend a visit this coming week if you can.
