Hey Plymouth sailors, I've a couple of friends looking to buy a 33ft yacht, but need a mooring before progressing any further. They are going to reach out to Tamar, Plym and Saltash clubs, to see what's out there, but any other places they should look?
Mooring is preferable to marina unless there is a very good deal available.

This is the one that the competitors will have been waiting for, the long edit of the 2023 Nationals video.

If only there had been a bit more wind, as apart from that the conditions were lovely. Good job it built throughout the day!

Don't forget to check out the 1 minute highlight video, as there are a couple of different clips in that and also, it's a good one to share with friends who aren't necessarily sailing enthusiasts (yes, such people exist LOL) :)

Some good racing today from the K1 UK Class Association Nationals. The wind kindly built throughout the day and the great team from Plymouth Youth Sailing managed to get 4 races completed.

Looking forward to being on the water tomorrow with the K1 UK Class Association hosted by Plymouth Youth Sailing to cover the final day of the K1 National Championships.

Mayflower Marina - a great backdrop for Plymouth's temporary Atlantic 85 whilst 'Annabel E Jones' is in for a refit. She was taking part in today's Plymouth RNLI Open Day.

Stunning weather today at Royal William Yard for the Plymouth RNLI Open Day 2023 (well, until a bit later when it poured down, but I had left for another engagement :) )
Wonderful to get to meet more of the amazing people who look after us all in the local area.

I thought it was time I did something more regularly for the RNLI I've always done bits here and there through shops/stations but it's not the same as a monthly commitment.
Spending a lot of time on the water, it's good to know the crew are ready to help save lives.
Looking forward to having a good read, my dad was an inshore member when I was growing up and the articles were great.
