I’ve really pushed myself out of my comfort zone by creating and publishing videos on YouTube. One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from it, is the warm fuzzy feeling knowing that I’ve helped someone. Some of the comments where people identify with your thought process and have been where you are validates why I’m doing this. Finding your tribe is one of the best feelings. I’m so grateful.

👋 Welcome to my page!
I thought I would start off by introducing myself ;

I’m Sandi a.k.a. Sandi on a mission

Just a normal woman in her sixties who rides motorcycles , I came back to biking in 2017 after a 35 year break and since then, I’ve owned 8 different bikes and I currently have two.

At the end of 2025 I finally got round to posting properly on my YouTube channel to share my rides and adventures—big and small—in hopes of connecting with others and showing that you really need to live your life for yourself and you’re never to old to do something you love.

I’ve been with my husband, Campbell for over 40 years and he fully supports what I do even if he does laugh and shake his head sometimes.

The videos and images you’ll see here are short and purely for entertainment.

Where did the sun go? Snake pass a few weeks ago ; happy days on the XJR 1300

We got a new XJR in the family, Campbell got the updated version of my XJR 1300. so naturally with it having brand new tyres on we needed to get some miles on it fast to scrub them in!
So off we went through Barnsley and Glossop and through Snake Pass to Derwent valley and back.
Well and truly scrubbed in now.

We pulled into the Windy Harbour for lunch. It was a last minute decision on my part so I kind of ended up in the gravel again. But all is well, just like in Bridgerton I had my handy man servant to do my bidding and he turned the machine around for me.

Lunch was fabulous. Picture below.

There is a lovely extra outside dining area round the back and it was gorgeous.

So back home now yay!
I need a sleep and a gin. Not necessarily in that order.
