❤ Years: 11 ❤

My own little love story with Mr BCP... and not only the reason I love capturing everyone else's love stories ♥️
But the reason I'm able to! This man has done nothing but help me accomplish my dreams in life. 😁

We first met sailing many, many years before getting together. Then we suddenly realised we should be together and well, here we are 11 years later in our own home, married with 2 small children! Most of our adventures have been on boats, and now we get to continue these adventures, in an adjusted manor for now, with our tiny humans.

It's been a wild ride on the rollercoaster of life, and there's no-one else I'd rather be chained to... I mean enjoying it with ❤️🤣

What an absolutely amazing wedding day with these two yesterday!!! 🥰

Tieing the knot at Treliegh Church, followed by some photos at Victoria Park, in Redruth before turly celebrating with their loved ones at Tricky's!

Congratulations to you both! I hope you had the besst start as husband and wife and enjoy the rest of married life together 🥂

ＢａｃｋＴｏＳｃｈｏｏｌ！

As the last day of our Summer Holidays draws to an end, the uniforms are out, the bags are packed and we're all very excited to get back to some sort of routine, see our friends and for me... WORK! 😅

Because I have to say that this was quite an eye opener as to how disruptive 6 weeks with the children at home, in the busiest part of the season, actually is! 👀

Thank you to everyone for your patience while I navigated irregular working hours as well as shooting 5 weddings and 3 studio shoots in the last 4 weeks alone 🤪

The biggest shout-out goes to my village. 🥰 I feel blessed to have found people who support me! My friends and those who have provided childcare or checked in on me during this absolutely chaotic time mean the absolute world to me. I love and appreciate you all ❤️

Tomorrow, I will be taking a day to myself, in silence, with literally no one talking to me! 🤣 I won't hear an endless amount of 'I'm hungry'. I won't have to wipe anyone else's butt. I can p*e by myself! And I can watch what I want on TV... ALL DAY!!! 🤣

Then, on Friday, I will be back at my desk properly, doing a shoot, and also getting prepped for another wedding.

But taking that day to myself tomorrow will mean I can give my best to you all from Friday, after all you can't pour from an empty cup! And these last 6 weeks have officially draaaiiined mine... in the most chaotic and best way, with many core memories made! 🥰❤️

Congratulations to this abosultey amazing pair!!!

They tied the knot yesterday with so much love, joy and laughter through the day, and there were some happy tears too. 🥹🥰

We were lucky enough to find some breaks in the rain to venture around the venue after the ceremony as well as pop to Malpas and Bosowan gardens later for some more golden photos.

Whether you go for tissue paper, delicate petals, or these new mess-free streamers that I am 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙡𝙮 falling in love with… confetti is one of those little details that can make your photos feel so joyful. 🤍

Colourful and fun 🌈 or soft and classy 🤍 there’s a style for every wedding, and I'm here for it!

And don’t think confetti has to mean just walking back down the aisle!

Whether you have it outside, inside, or even during your first dance, there are so many ways to bring a little extra magic (and a LOT of confetti!) into your day. ✨

But my biggest confetti tip?

In this case, more really is more! 😍

You want those little pieces floating through the air, catching the light and filling the frame, because it’s the confetti that creates that gorgeous, celebratory feeling in your photos.

So don’t be shy… throw it like you mean it! 🎉

And if you’re wondering how much confetti you actually need for your big moment, always err on the side of 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚. Your photographer will thank you for it! 📸✨
