REFLECTIONS OF A DREAM

Dreamy conditions this morning in rural Dorset. I couldn’t resist the puddle, but then was really drawn to the 50/50 tonal split. I don't usually edit and post on the same day so I hope tomorrow I don't look at it and wish I hadn't! Anyway, I hope you like it.

One of the real beasts of the New Forest, taken yesterday morning around sunrise. Quite a mission to get to in the dark AND the fog, but well worth it. I enjoyed a nice couple of hours wandering around the area accompanied by the sounds of the rutting deer. Absolutely magical!

A scene I’ve captured in the autumn a couple of times, and so glad now to have taken in the spring. Beautiful golden light pouring in through the lush green foliage, subtle rays of light as the road stretches out in to the misty distance.

SUNSET INVERSION

A magical end to a day back in December 2022 with sunset over a cloud inversion out in the hills of rural Dorset. I haven’t been out with my camera yet this year. Conditions and opportunities have been few and far between. So in the meantime I’m content to browse through some as yet unposted images and look forward to opportunities to come. 😊
