Hi everyone. I just thought I'd check in to give you a little update on what I'm doing at the moment...😅
During these colder months, during the buildup to Christmas I'm working really hard on my other job, trying my best to raise money to raise for doing some shoots in the future & pay my bills, which I've also managed to reduce by doing a bit of research and cutting back on the necessities and luxuries... (but I am having a little treat right now having lunch out locally). ☺️
I just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, and I look forward to seeing you in 2026.

From my day out in Delph Woods, when I went with some other photographers for a forest wander. I got some fantastic shots and I hope you like them.

Today I went on a photography walkabout with some other photographers in a group to take photos of local birds near to where I live...😊
I used my new camera (Sony A7C2) and my new lens (Sony FE 200–600 mm f/5.6–6.3 G OSS Telephoto Zoom Lens) to take these shots. 📸
The photos were all edited in Lightroom. 🤓

I just wanted to let you all know as well that I'm working hard on my other job, as I need an income, but I try to devote some of my time to my photography hobby when I can and when free time allows me to do so. 🙂
Anyway I hope you are all keeping well out there and life is treating you kindly... 🥹

Just getting out of the studio, to enjoy a day out with some other photographers....
To me, that's important right now. Working with models has been okay in the past, but after a while, it just feels like I'm possibly putting in too much effort for very little reward. I want to change that, and be more selective about who I shoot with. After all, my happiness comes first....
