The Liberty experience. Without the camera.

If a shoot feels like a lot right now - if your body wants the magic but isn’t ready to be in front of the lens yet - this is your door.

Wales Waterfall Pilgrimage. Friday 26th June. Summer Solstice week. Four waterfalls. One sacred walk. A community of Liberty women.

Nothing changes in your comfort zone, my love. The same routine, the same routes, the same conversations. Then you wonder why nothing in your life is shifting. You need to do something different - and your body needs to feel something different - before anything else can move.

This is that something different.

At the first waterfall, we release the past. At the second, we root into the present. At the third, we call in what we desire for the future. At the fourth, we celebrate...open-hearted, abundant, aligned with the flow.

Walking manifestation. Real water. Real shift.

And here’s the bit nobody else is offering - this falls in Summer Solstice week. The longest day. The most potent manifestation window in the calendar. The earth is at her brightest, and your intentions ride that energy for the next six months. You will not get another window like this in 2026.

Same dream. Same journal. Same moon. How many more times? 🌕

You’ve been writing down the same goal for years. The same business. The same relationship. The same confidence. The same dream life. Month after month. Moon after moon. Journal after journal.

Here’s the thing.

Most women are trying to create a different life whilst changing absolutely nothing. Same environment. Same conversations. Same habits. Same fears. Then they wonder why the manifestation isn’t manifesting.

The Blue Moon falls on Sunday 31st May.

The only Blue Moon of 2026. It won’t happen again until 2028. In Sagittarius - the sign of expansion, of saying yes before you feel ready, of stepping into the bigger life that’s been calling you for years.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, my love...this is what it looks like.

The answer was never another vision board. Never another planner, book, course, or late-night journaling session under the same ceiling.

The answer is a different room.

What in the daisy chain is going on here?
I’ll tell you exactly what’s going on.
A group of women are remembering that their whimsy matters.
That singing for the sake of singing matters. That dancing for your own joy — not for anyone watching — is how you find your way back to yourself.
Because most women have forgotten how to do that. They walk into every room vetoing themselves. Was that okay to say. Am I too much. Am I as good as her. Constantly checking, constantly performing, never actually in their body long enough to enjoy a single moment of their own life. Some women can only get present after a glass of wine. That’s how far we’ve drifted from just being here.
A Liberty shoot is two hours of forgetting the rest of the world exists.
But don’t let the field and the pretty light fool you, my love. There is a LOT happening in your body here.
Being turned away from the group is one of the oldest, most primal fears a human has. For most of history, exile meant death. Your nervous system still believes that. So when you make yourself visible — when you risk being seen and judged — your body reads it as genuine danger.
That’s why every woman turns up absolutely sh****ng herself. That’s not weakness. That’s a hundred thousand years of survival wiring.
And then something happens.
Over two hours, in a space where she is completely safe, her body digs out that ancient wound, looks it dead in the eye, and cleans it the f**k up. Subconscious rewiring. Somatic. Physiological. Real.
She walks in terrified. She leaves skipping through a field, floating back to her car, lighter than she’s been in years.
This is the fastest exposure therapy there is.
You can spend years in talk therapy circling the wound. Or you can dig it out and heal it in one afternoon, held by women who’ve been doing exactly this for twelve years.
We are experts at this. It’s the only thing we do.

You need a reset. Not a holiday. Not another bath. A reset.

Life keeps lifeing. The kids. The work. The house. The relationships. The mental load nobody else can see. You’ve been going, and going, and going.

We get it. We see it all the time. Because we’ve been doing this for 12 years.
