It’s been a loooooooong time away from behind the camera so I can’t tell you how thrilled (and terrified) I was to finally get back to it. My first client of the year was the award winning Delph Side Community Primary School - looking to refresh their website images and to get their own pics for a promotional brochure. We had a great morning managing to dodge the rain showers and Delph Side now have new photos to show off their school, their new uniforms and their general awesomeness. Next time though, Mrs O, once life is back to ‘normal’ I’ll be taking a tea break mid shoot!

A breezy autumn day at Delph Side Community Primary School in Skelmersdale where I was, as usual, made to feel most welcome in their award winning school.

I’ve still got a couple of days spare on the run up to Christmas if you’re thinking of upgrading/refreshing your school website photos.

Yesterday, I was back at Delph Side with a closely guarded secret. It was an absolute privilege to be a part of their amazing day - announcing and celebrating their Pearson National Teaching Award. Such a fantastic achievement that needed to be shouted from the rooftops -via Twitter and Facebook - throughout the day. This was the first time I had tried processing images onsite and, apart from my very sluggish MAC, all went swimmingly. Well done, Delph Side. See you in the autumn! x

That moment you realise that it's been OVER A YEAR since you last dipped into your business page. Gah! My excuse? House extension, giving birth and getting married. Will that do???
