It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that l have to report the passing of my close and dear friend Dee Prior.
Dee was well known throughout the photographic community but in particular the BIPP where she was general secretary at the British Institute of Professional Photography at Ware for many years. She was also secretary of the Admission and Qulification Board where she always referred to us members as her ‘boys.’
Dee was a resident in a Nursing Home for the past 5/6 months where she passed away last Thursday.
I have no information of funeral arrangements at the moment but l believe Amanda, her daughter, is preparing for Dee’s family and close friends only.@
