I have some exciting news to share with all of you. For the past several weeks, I've been pouring my heart and soul into a special passion side project that's very close to my heart – a podcast named "Bedtime Time Travels. " 🎙️💤

Each episode is a carefully crafted bedtime story, drawing from the real-life adventures of history's most inspiring figures. It's been a magical experience, one that Sofia and I have cherished in every word and every moment. 📚🕰️

Now, I'm ready to open up this experience to all of you and to children (and adults!) around the world. "Bedtime Time Travels" is not just about stories; it's about dreams, inspiration, and the seeds of future greatness planted in listening ears. 🌱🌍

PARTNER SPOTLIGHT!!🥰😊!Introducing Helen from Cocoon Baby Hub (.baby.hub )

Helen is a Registered Childrens Nurse and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor ( IAIM).

Helen runs 5 week Baby Massage courses in Berkshire ( currently in Purley on Thames and Englefield) as well as offering 1:1 or small group sessions in the comfort of your own home.

As well as learning how to massage your baby and about all the wonderful benefits of this, you will also make little footprint keepsakes to take home ( check these out on Helen’s social media pages).

Sessions are completely baby led so it doesn’t matter if your baby cries, needs feeding or sleeps all the way though. As the sessions are 1.5 hours long, you will never feel rushed and there is plenty of time to enjoy the provided refreshments and chat to other parents.

I had the amazing opportunity to photograph one of Helens sessions and the results were amazing. Babies were so calm and relaxed and mums were enjoying strengthening the bond with them via massage.
