😃MOVING TO A NEW PAGE, JOIN ME!😃
Yesterday, I made the sad decision to abandon this page which I've spent almost 2 years building up and move to start fresh on a new page with no Meta Facebook shackles holding me back.
I've had a lot of issues with Meta suppressing my page since last summer which has almost killed my growth.
I have many great followers here, ones which comment regularly and ones that dont like to comment but hit that like button on every single post I make which makes a big difference...... I know who you all are.
I hope you all jump over and hit that follow button where we can restart on fresh ground.
I'll tag all followers in this post and leave this page active for a month before I delete it.

Finally achieved all most the same weather conditions.... blue sky, windless and large waves..... over at Saltburn on the north east English coast, to replicate the waves skimming footage from my recent lost Avata 2 drone.
I manged some decent footage today, about 80% of the awesomeness of the lost footage, so now I can finish the YouTube video I was going to create.

Roseberry Topping captured in peak summer heat at the crack of dawn around 04:30ish in 2025.
An iconic piece of landscape in north east England and very popular for walkers.

On a blue sky, warm weekend day, if your not at the bottom by 10am, you aren't getting parked...its way too busy.

Just think ........ for those of us in the UK who are just coming out of the latest winter storm......we are almost through the depths of winter and times like this are just around the corner.
I can not wait.

High Cliff over looking Guisborough town.
My final destination on my recent 6 mile trek out along The Cleveland Way path across the hills of north east England.

I always loved these 2 pictures of Skinningrove Jetty on the north east English coast, taken using the DJI Mini 4 Pro drone.
It was the very first hot sunny day of summer 2025 and by the end of the filming, my head and face were burt to a crisp as the hot sun caught me right of guard.
I ended producing a cool little Youtube video of the footage called Cliffs, Waves and Speed which is over on my YouTube channel, link at the top of my page.

I have finally decided to change the name of my little social media empire.
For almost 2 years, my Facebook, YouTube, Tictok and old Instagram account, all went by the name Hillside Drones, which was just the first thing I came up with on the spot when I posted my first ever picture on Facebook back in the summer of 2024.

Over the last 2 years, the way I film and narrate a subject has evolved as I've learned how to navigate the seas of social media and the AI algorithms that push your content out to the world.
I've found that the name Hillside Drones no longer represents my content properly and that the term "drone" seems to immediately put many people off due to the misconceptions around them, plus I now use lots of other camera equipment along side the drones.

Going forward, my channels will all go by the name Untamed Northern England.
I feel this flows better with my photography and videography of the wild and rugged landscapes of Northern England.
I just now need to develop some new logos and banners which will come in the next few days.

Thanks to all of the near 4000 people that have joined me so far on this journey over the last 18 months and I'm excited to continue in to the future and see where it takes us.
