Can we talk about all the photos that nearly never existed?
The holiday photos because you wanted to lose a stone first.
The family photos because you didn't feel comfortable in front of the camera.
The bo***ir shoot because you convinced yourself you weren't confident enough.
I've lost count of the number of people who've told me they nearly didn't book.
And every single one of them would have missed out on photos they now absolutely love.
I wonder how many memories we're missing because we're waiting to feel "ready"
Just something I've been thinking about today. 💕

There’s just something about golden hour at the beach that heals something in me 🌞🌊✨

So… I’m doing an empowerment beach shoot in Brighton on Saturday 6th June 💛

This one’s for the girlies who want to feel free for a couple of hours. Running around barefoot, hyping each other up, getting in the sea, laughing, dancing, existing in our bodies without overthinking it all for once.

No pressure to ‘model’, no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Just a really lovely empowering evening with some gorgeous photos thrown in too ✨
