This was my attempt at shooting C/2020 F3 ( Comet NEOWISE) in July. I found the darkest place within an hours drive from home and stayed out till the early hours, just me the camera and a hot flask of tea. It was a brilliant sky to look at in all directions! 😀

I had my first visit to RAF Coningsby yesterday. What a base that is! I lost count of how many Typhoons I saw. Well worth the 3 hours there and back, and not getting home till 1:30 am. 😄👍
