Where as all the wildlife gone on the canals and rivers fish there's hardly any fish because they are been fished and taken away to prob be eaten don't people no what effect it has on the eco system on rivers and canals take away the predatory fish and the small ones,they are not been allowed to spawn and replenish the stocks,it effects all wildlife up and down the country,it's a shame because all the dedicated anglers who enjoy fishing for recreation who do put back what they catch,to watch them grow and mature,in the last year and a half on the leeds Liverpool canal as declined rapidly,also who in there right mind would want to introduce otters knowing what they take from rivers and canals most of the time they just kill for the sake of killing and not to eat,it's a shame to see mature fish dead floting by with there stomachs ripped out,something needs to be done so our children's children can learn about the natural environment and the joy it can bring to see the wildlife and be enjoyed for everyone young or old.
