This is a little bit of a bombshell post… last one I promise!
This month will be my final month working from the studio. As announced, later this year I’ll be moving to America, and my work will have me traveling between the UK and the USA. Because my schedule will be more split between countries, keeping a fixed studio space no longer makes sense for the way I’ll be working.
But here’s the exciting part…
This change actually allows me to focus even more on the style of photography I love most — natural, relaxed, storytelling images.
Going forward I’ll be prioritizing outdoor and lifestyle sessions, which give us so much more freedom than a traditional studio. We can chase beautiful light, use real locations, let little ones move and play, and capture moments that feel genuine rather than posed. These sessions tend to feel more relaxed and personal, and the photos reflect that.
For newborn sessions, I’ll be stripping them right back to how I started, offering in-home lifestyle photography. Instead of packing everything up and bringing your brand new baby out to a studio, I come to you. Your baby gets to stay cozy in their own environment, parents can stay comfortable, and we capture those early days in the place where your family story is actually beginning. These sessions often feel calmer, more intimate, and incredibly meaningful.
I’ll still be working with families and babies just as much — just in a way that feels more natural, flexible, and personal.
I’ll also be back and forth between the UK and the USA, so sessions will still be available here when I’m in the country 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about booking a studio session, this is the last month to do so before I close the studio doors.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me — I’m so excited for what’s next.
Bookings and enquiries are open as always ✨
