To my dear and loyal customers and followers: I am retiring from my Family & Newborn Photography at the end of October. I want to focus on my work at Sanquhar Enterprise Company which I started part time last December. I am very sorry to say that I won't be doing my usual Christmas Minisessions this November or taking on any new bookings. After being self - employed for most of my working life, and I'm getting on a bit🤣🙈, it's time to reduce the long workdays/weekends and settle into a more regular work routine ☺️
I want to thank all my lovely customers that entrusted me to create all those precious memories for them.❤️

Shona, Winner of my Christmas Cheer Competition wanted family photos taken. With everyone being so busy we had to do the photos on a Sunday😅. Little Harlyn was great at having his photos taken☺️. It was his 3rd visit to the studio and it was lovely to see how he has grown😄

Sorry haven't been posting much recently, been pre-occupied with some other projects!😅
Here is very smiley Baby Cole at 4.5 months with his proud parents Katie and Martin🥰.
It's never too late for photos of your little one, cute at any stage.
Katie requested a close up of hands which is a lovely memory to make for a new wee family❤️

Another Fun Session! This time for Aisya's 1st Birthday CakeSmash & Splash! She throughly enjoyed her CakeSmash and was ready to party in her bright pink tutu outfit🤩. The Session ended with a clean up in a fun bubble bath 🫧.

Beautiful Baby Freya at 12 days old with her family😊. Freya slept through most of her session only waking up when she wasn't wrapped. William enjoyed lying on the fluffy background and cuddling his baby sister🩷. Proud parents Lauren and Lenny looking so happy☺️.

Another lovely Family Session! These were for Christmas presents, am just a bit late in posting😁. The teenagers were great and the grown ups too👏!!

Looking forward to doing some more Outdoor Sessions when the weather warms up😁. An Outdoor Session with the family dog is a nice alternative to a Studio Session and a more relaxed method of photography for those who are a bit shy and for dogs who don't like studio flash 📸. Here is a lovely family I have photographed several times before; amongst Bluebells and Autumn Leaves. These were taken in late summer when the weather was actually behaving for once!😅

Fun loving Ava came to the studio the day before she turned a BIG 1🤩. A bit shy to begin with but she was soon was tucking into her Cake and nodding her head to her favourite tunes! The fun continued with her Bubble Bath and Ava striking some hilarious poses😂. Am posting the photos taken ,in reverse this time. A Fun Session for everyone!😁. Thanks Nicola Abbott and Lee for booking me again☺️

It's all about The Family❤️
Siblings Clare and Gavin gifted their parents a 3 Generations Family Photo Session😊. I managed to persuade the grown ups to have their photos taken too on their own😁.Black-white can be so effective! The kids were great as they always are, the 2 older ones had posed for my Xmas Minis🤩
It's so special to have Family Photos taken of 3 Generations, something to treasure forever☺️

The brief was to capture Bonnie as she is!😊
Her Mum Katie Miller was delighted and said I had really caught Bonnie's character. 🤩We all had a fun time during the session, with Bonnie's rock music taste inspiring me to download on my Spotify!😁🎸
