A few weeks ago we met up for their pre-wedding shoot, and it was the perfect opportunity to spend some time together before the big day next year 📷

One of the biggest benefits of a pre-wedding shoot is simply building confidence in front of the camera. It gives couples a chance to see how relaxed the experience can be, while also helping us get to know each other a little better before the wedding day arrives.

We had plenty of laughs along the way, and by the end it all felt completely natural. With both myself and NL Videography joining them for their wedding next year, it's safe to say we're all looking forward to doing it again ✨

Lottie & Tom 🤍

Tuesday brought a bit of everything weather-wise, including some proper downpours and even a thunderstorm thrown in for good measure. But if there’s one thing that never changed, it was the smiles on these two faces ✨

From start to finish, Lottie & Tom embraced every moment of the day, never letting the weather dictate the celebrations. Their friends and family were exactly the same — bringing great energy all day and creating a dancefloor that was more than worth staying for 💃🕺

And despite the rain, there were still plenty of sun-filled moments to enjoy the beautiful grounds at Hackness Grange and create some wonderful photos along the way📷

A lovely couple, a brilliant atmosphere, and proof that the best weddings are about the people, not the forecast ✨

What began with a slightly uncertain forecast turned into a beautiful day at Grand Villa Heights, with the celebrations unfolding alongside those incredible views over the bay. Once everything got underway, the weather played its part and gave everyone the perfect setting to enjoy the day ✨

This one felt a little more special for me. Having known Helen for many years, and with so many familiar faces among the guests, it felt less like work and more like being part of a family celebration. It was a real privilege to capture so many moments for people I know, while also joining in with the laughter and celebrations throughout the day 🎉

A wonderful couple, a fantastic group of family and friends, and a wedding I'll remember for a long time. Congratulations to you both ✨

One of the best things about a pre-wedding shoot is that it takes away so much of the unknown before the big day. It’s a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, see how relaxed the experience can be, and spend some time getting to know each other a little better ✨

By the time the wedding comes around, it all feels familiar — meaning you can focus on enjoying the day rather than worrying about having your photo taken.
A great afternoon with these two, and now I'm even more looking forward to capturing their wedding later this year 📷

What a day this was. The weather was incredible, the atmosphere was even better, and from start to finish everyone was fully in the moment and making the most of it ✨

These two are a perfect match, and you only had to spend five minutes around them to understand why. So much fun, so much laughter, and a wedding that felt completely true to who they are. Their family and friends brought the same energy, making it an absolute pleasure to be part of 📷

Zoe & Andy 🖤

Proof that weddings don’t have to follow tradition to be unforgettable. These two did the day completely their way — bride in black, bridesmaids in white, emo meets country, and even some My Chemical Romance Helena-inspired portraits thrown in for good measure. And honestly… it was such a fun day to be part of 📷

What made it all work so perfectly was how fully everyone embraced it. Their friends and family showed up for them in every sense, leaning into the theme, the atmosphere and everything that made the day uniquely Zoe & Andy 🖤

At the end of the day, that’s what weddings are really about — two people being unapologetically themselves, surrounded by the people who love them most. And this one absolutely nailed that ✨

Emma and Tom’s wedding at Wold View Farm on Saturday was one of those days that stays with you 🤍

The weather kept us guessing right up until the last moment, but somehow it held off just enough for us to make the most of the day. The venue and those sweeping views did the rest — you really couldn’t ask for a more beautiful backdrop 🌄

There was so much joy in the air, and plenty of laughter throughout the day. It was especially lovely to bump into familiar faces from school too — one of those small-world moments that makes days like this feel even more special ✨

A huge congratulations to Emma and Tom. Wishing you both all the happiness in the world as you start this next chapter together 🤍
