A wander through the trees at Scotton common when I bumped into these beauties..
These local to me highland cattle posed perfectly for photos as they munched on grass and leaves in the trees almost oblivious I was even there.

Loved watching these beauties running around up n down chasing each other and jumping about like excited teenagers..
It really does feel like spring when there’s scenes like this and the sun has been shining. So I managed to get comfy in a little divot and they hardly noticed I was there so I got a few little snaps.. this one is when they’d noticed me and a second later they all ran off! 🥰

Delightful to see and watch a barn owl the other day, think it was Christmas Eve.
There looked to be plenty of food around and it was very good at catching it.
Played around and merged a few shots together as it flew from its perch on the hedge.
