The weather didn't make it easy trying to do this job in Cockermouth for Grisdales Estate Agents last week. Luckily Wednesday afternoon the sun came out and the wind dropped a little so I headed straight away to Orchard House!

The space and light hits you immediately in this 4 bed bungalow on the same devlopment as Orchard Place that I photographed last month, even the garage is super sized. No wonder it's already SSTC!

A walkthrough video of one of the Phase 1 properties on The Rise at Hilltop Heights for Grisdales Estate Agents, a brand new development in Kells, Whitehaven.

At the time of the shoot, this first house wasn't completed but they have been motoring on and I'm due to return to get more interiors as well as exteriors and drone shortly.

Friday and a job in Whitehaven on a rental property for West Lakes Properties Ltd.

Tenant moved out Wednesday, cleaned and garden tidied on Thursday and Friday morning, me in for photography Friday afternoon, new tennants in Saturday! Always great to work for them and another family business too who all pulled together to achieve the situation any rental property owner would love each time they re-let, as Steven Clarke Director of West Lakes Properties Ltd said "no voids!".

A recent video job of Ultimate Luxury Room 2 at . This room on the top floor with 2 feature windows has been on my to do list for ages but it’s always booked!

Last month and a job to shoot one of the first release properties on the brand new Hilltop Heights development at Kells, Whitehaven. This was a job for Grisdales Estate Agents who are marketing these homes on behalf of Whitehaven based NGP Developments.

I was really impressed with the quality and size of these semi-detached homes. I'll be going back to shoot the first floor, exteriors and get the drone up as the views are amazing from up there.
