September is coming and it often feels like a fresh start.
The summer holidays are winding down, diaries start filling up again and suddenly you’re looking at your business with fresh eyes.
That can often be when you realise your photography doesn’t quite reflect where your business is now.
Perhaps your website still features photographs from a few years ago. Maybe you’ve changed your services, your positioning or the way you work with clients. Or perhaps you simply don’t have enough photographs to keep your marketing feeling fresh.
A brand photography shoot shouldn’t just be about creating a collection of lovely photographs.
Before I pick up my camera, I want to understand what your business needs those photographs to do.
What’s your brand personality?
Who are you trying to reach? What do you want them to understand about you? How will you be using your images?
Those answers help shape the shoot, so that you come away with photographs that have multiple uses across your website, social media, newsletters and wider marketing.
If September has you looking at your business with fresh eyes, perhaps it’s time to look at your photography too.
If you’d like to talk through what you might need from a brand photography shoot, please get in touch. I’d be very happy to have a chat.
My thanks to my lovely client Justine Pinpoint Plus and the awesome Claire Marshall for permission to share the work that we’ve done ❤️ and the stunning Broadwick Soho for such a phenomenal venue for our shoot 🤩
