Woke up early the other day for some random reason so headed out with the camera, The sky was looking promising so first stop was Knowlton church, the sunrise colour lasted only for about 10 minutes but the mist was lingering, decided to head to Moor Crichel as the sun started to rise it mixed with the mist to create a lovely hazy morning.

Well Saturday night was my first real night out shooting the Milky Way this year due to work and the weather. Started off at Chapmans Pools for a sunset which didn't really happen so we decided to walk the coast path to St Aldhelms.
OMG found the steps from hell getting there 😂, well after a few goes on the defib and an oxygen mask we settled in for darness, well I say darkness but at this time of year we don't get true darkness as the sun sits about -16 degrees below the horizon, roll on late July.
This is a composite shot from the same location, one for the chapel and a 4 minute tracked for the sky.
