Bryony & Marek
Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing the wedding of these two incredible humans, and honestly, what a day it was.
The morning started with Bryony and the bridal party, keeping things super chilled while everyone got ready. Meanwhile, my trusty second shooter Katie Powers | Manchester Wedding Photographer was on the other side of town with Marek and the boys, documenting the other half of the morning before we all came together for the main event.
And what a setting for it.
We all headed over to The Causeway Estate for an outdoor ceremony right on the 18th hole. After weeks of relentless sunshine and heatwaves, an outdoor wedding surrounded by the golf course felt pretty much perfect. Luckily, play had been stopped for the day, so we had the whole place to ourselves.
After the ceremony, drinks, hugs and all the usual chaos followed. We took a little wander around the course for some relaxed couple portraits, with the kids making full use of the sand bunkers along the way and generally doing what kids do best.
As the afternoon turned into evening, we jumped in the golf carts and headed off around the estate, stopping whenever we spotted a backdrop that felt right. No complicated posing, no rushing, just the two of them, the last of the light and some beautiful golden hour portraits.
A super chilled day, a super chilled couple and exactly the kind of wedding I love to photograph.
Bryony & Marek, thanks so much for getting me involved. It was an absolute pleasure.
