I've just been swimming & found this wallet on the way. If anyone has walked along Broadfield Road today & realised they've lost their wallet, please get in touch. I've taken it home for safe keeping (it has bank cards in it so I'll need your name to confirm it's yours)

I found it just at the end of Broadfield Road at the junction with Saxon Road (just near Red Lion Garage)

(It was literally in the middle of the path so hopefully the person has not realised yet and not had to cancel their cards or anything, it must have been dropped just before I saw it or I assume it would have already been picked up!)

Seeing it all laid out like this really helps… just 6 more pounds & I’ll have lost 4 stone (I honestly can’t wrap my head round it, I still keep buying clothes that are too big for me 🤣)

Every now & then I send myself a message with the date & my weight. I think the biggest tip I could give anyone is to let people take photos of you on nights out/wherever you are. I think I was in denial that because I took a nice selfie that I was in control of, that I didn’t look that big… then I caught a candid glimpse of myself on someone else’s photo & I was like… sh*t… 🤣💀

I’m quite tall (5 foot 9) too so I could sort of pull it off which didn’t help. Most people say they didn’t see me as fat (I think I had reverse body dysmorphia because I didn’t think I was fat either 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️)

I still don’t see myself as fat and now thin, I was thin (ish) before, even after I had my son, I now see myself as getting back to normal. Being heavy was just a blip 🙂

I am really enjoying having a bit of definition back on my face & being able to wear things I like rather than being forced into wearing things that just cover me up!

Right, early finish this week so now I’m off to play Frisbee in the park! Nice bit of exercise & a long walk in the sun! (Great for the mind & great for the heart! ♥️)
