For those who don't know, Chris and I have made the decision to close the doors of Chrysalis Photography.

We now spend our days helping people with their health and wellness running a nutrition club (Chrysalis Nutrition) from our studio at Renishaw Hall and we absolutely love it! 🫶🫶

We would like to give our photography customers the opportunity to come and find out what we do now with a free body scan and wellness evaluation.

It's a really relaxed chat about your nutrition and goals, we then we do a body scan which looks at your Visceral Fat, Body Fat, Metabolic age, Bone mass and Hydration levels (as most people are dehydrated and even more so in the summer months) and it's really interesting and quite insightful into what is going on inside your body.

If you would like to use the opportunity to help with kick starting your health goals please send a private message and we’ll come back to you with some appointment options.

Also if you know anyone else (family or friends) that you think would benefit we would be happy to attend the offer to them.
