Here's a big project boat!

Already partially converted, she'd make an excellent home or potentially a commercial enterprise such as a restaurant/bar.

She has some converted space aft of the cockpit, fitted out as a galley and bedroom, with panelling, units, and even blown-air heating and a wood-burning stove.

The forward cargo space has been partially lined with spray foam already, but will need to be completed.

She has a 14KVA auxiliary engine forward to provide 240v AC and a large (approx 200hp) Caterpillar main engine which runs beautifully!

This is a fabulous, classic Dutch barge, built in the Netherlands around mid-1920.
She was brought over to be refurbished and is still, sadly, an ongoing project.

Her interior is being refurbished to a very high standard, as can be seen from the photos.

Her hull and exterior have been well cleaned and maintained.

Her Gardner 5LW engine was a fully refurbished unit in 2012 and fired up first time!

She clearly still requires work, but will make a beautiful cruiser/liveaboard when finished.

This is a lovely example of the very capable, long-distance cruiser from the production line of Hallberg Rassy, the Nab 35.

She has a spacious aft cabin that does not restrict the space in the cockpit, a practical forward v-berth cabin and well laid-out interior, with sleeping for a further 3 in the saloon.

There's heaps of space for storage, sleeping, and entertaining on board.

She has in-mast reefing of the main and a cruising chute, all replaced around 2012/13.

She was also re-engined in 2009 with a Beta Marine 50hp.

A great boat for the money with endless capabilities.

We are pleased to list this fabulous and rare Morgan 501, which has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last two years.

She has been stripped back externally and vinyl wrapped (which is easily removed if it's not to your taste!).
All new running and standing rigging in the last two years, plus countless other extras.
New bow-thruster installed, 3 Blade folding prop.

Engine fully serviced and starts and runs beautifully!

Good suite of electronics, including a touch-screen plotter in the cockpit.

There is a recent survey which includes details of all of the work undertaken (for which comprehensive paperwork also exists).

She has also been RC certified.

We are pleased to list this fabulous classic Dunston barge from 1936. Once plying her trade up and down the Humber and Trent, she was finally decommissioned in 1979 and converted to a live-aboard.

She was then further converted to what you see today around 11 years ago.

She has very roomy living accommodation for 2+2 (the saloon converts to a double). Large, well-equipped galley, good-sized double bedroom and a fantastic full bath/shower room, with both a sea toilet and a composting unit.

Power is from not one, but three good classic engines; a Lister and two Glenifer auxiliaries for manoeuvring.

She would be a superb live-aboard (as she once was), and the mooring could be available (by separate negotiation with the landowner).

She does need a little work, due to not having had the tlc lately that her (sadly deceased) Owner once gave her - and is priced accordingly.

Recent out of water clean, antifoul and hull polish, together with new anodes and engine service - she's very much ready to sail.

Founded in California in 1969, Catalina Yachts are now one of the largest boat manufacturers in the world. The 320 was one of their most popular designs and stepping aboard this one I can see why.

This particular boat is on a swinging mooring and getting aboard from the tender felt so safe and easy, A simple step through transom with lots of hand holds and you're in the cockpit with the tender safe in davits on the stern. The cockpit and side decks are clear with the running rigging and traveller on the coachroof keeping things simple and uncluttered

Step below and she opens out into a light airy saloon with a clever layout making her feel like a much bigger boat. Both cabins are good sized with proper mattresses, the galley is well equipped and she presents nicely, clean and fresh below throughout. This is a really smart family cruiser which is on a Crown Estate swinging mooring which may be available if required.

This is a super listing of a classic Dutch Barge, built in Groningen around 1923.

She has been fantastically refurbished throughout, over the years, to a very high standard and features a very spacious saloon/galley, with both fore and aft double cabins with en-suites. The galley has a fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer, as well as the usual sink and top-quality, four-burner hob/oven.

Her engine room houses the powerful Perkins diesel, as well as a 4.5kw generator, inverter and isolator.

The cockpit itself is a lovely living space with lots of light and space.

We can highly recommend arranging a viewing on this fabulous vessel!
